Greenwood Neighbourhood Place provides personalized support and advocacy for adults, helping individuals navigate complex systems and access available resources such as housing and income supports. While we work alongside clients to guide, connect, and advocate, we are not a government agency and do not have decision-making authority over programs or benefits.

Require assistance clearing your driveway or pathways? Request a Snow Angel sign from us to notify your neighbors that you appreciate their help. Get in touch with us today.

Spread kindness by shoveling your neighbour's sidewalk! When you see a Snow Angel sign, extend a helping hand.

Community Garden

The Sundre Community Garden is located on the Sundre Hospital grounds. Comprised of 28 plots of equal size are available to local residents wanting a place to garden .

Income Tax Preparation

During March and April we provide free income tax preparation through the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program (CVITP). Eligibility criteria apply.

Onsite Services

We provide faxing and photocopying services to the public at a nominal fee. Complimentary computer access is available for various purposes such as job searches, online courses, and research. Our bulletin board features postings for volunteer and employment opportunities. Additionally, newcomers to the area can visit our office to receive a Newcomer Welcome Bag.

Workshops /Seminars

Discover our workshops, from art classes for seniors, to grief support, to babysitting courses, each crafted for growth and connection for all ages. Join us for enriching sessions that empower and engage.
